Customized items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective, damaged, or non-conforming. You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before the proof is approved; production begins immediately upon proof approval and then the order cannot be canceled. RELYmedia must be notified of any defective, damaged, or non-conforming items within 2 business days after delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and repair or replace such items, and most replacements ship within 3 weeks of receiving the returned items. If an item cannot be replaced or repaired, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. Return shipping for these items is free and there are no restocking fees.
