Because most items are custom-produced to order, production and shipping timelines vary by product, decoration method, and order quantity. Standard orders typically move to production within 1–10 business days of art approval, with an additional 1–7 business days for shipping once produced. Rush production is available on select items—contact us for a firm lead time on your specific order.
All orders are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once production has started. RELYmedia must be notified of any defective or non-conforming products within 2 business days after delivery; there are no refunds for defective or non-conforming products, but RELYmedia will repair or replace them within 3 weeks of receiving the returned items. Non-consumable electronics will be repaired or replaced if defective within 1 year of delivery. All flash drives are only guaranteed to work in modern computers unless otherwise noted. RELYmedia is not responsible for delays in transit outside its control, and no refunds will be issued for such delays. Under no circumstances will RELYmedia's liability exceed the total amount listed on the invoice.
