Custom Apparel Printed and Embroidered With Your Logo
Branded clothing is the promotional product with the longest life. A printed tee or an embroidered polo is worn dozens of times, and every wear puts your logo in front of people a flyer never reaches. RELYmedia decorates more than 100,000 apparel styles: t-shirts, polo shirts, hooded sweatshirts, hats and caps, jackets and vests, athletic wear, youth sizes, uniforms and workwear, plus socks, scarves, aprons and gloves.
The brands are the ones people already know, including Gildan, Hanes, Bella + Canvas, Port Authority, Adidas and Under Armour. Choose screen printing for bold logos on tees, embroidery for polos, caps and jackets, and full-color transfers for detailed artwork. Every order comes with a free proof of your logo on the exact garment, and we beat any competitor's price on the same item by 110%.

Custom Apparel buying guide
Start With How It Will Be Worn
Staff uniforms need garments that survive daily washing, so pick heavier cotton tees, pique polos and twill caps. Event shirts are worn once or twice, so a lighter 5.3 oz tee at a lower price makes sense. Executive and client gifts call for quarter-zip pullovers, soft-shell jackets and brand-name polos. Team and fundraiser orders usually mix adult, women's and youth sizes of the same style.
Printing or Embroidery
Screen printing is the economical choice for one to four color logos on t-shirts and hoodies, and it keeps the garment soft. Embroidery stitches the logo in thread and is the standard for polos, caps, jackets and anything that should look professional for a long time. Full-color photos and gradients are best handled by direct-to-garment printing or heat transfer. Performance polyester is usually printed or sublimated rather than embroidered.
Fabrics That Matter
100% cotton is the comfortable classic for tees and sweatshirts. Cotton and polyester blends shrink less and wrinkle less, which suits uniforms. Polyester performance fabrics wick sweat and are the right choice for athletic wear and outdoor staff. Fleece covers the hoodies, pullovers and blankets. Nylon and soft-shell fabrics are for jackets and vests that need to block wind.
Sizing a Group Order
Collect sizes where you can. Where you cannot, a safe adult split is one small, two medium, two large, one extra large and one 2XL for every seven pieces, with a few extras in medium and large. Order women's and youth cuts of the same style so the whole group matches. Most brands run true to size, and the product page lists the measurements.
Logo Placement
Left chest is the standard for polos, jackets and uniform tees and fits a logo about 3.5 to 4 inches wide. Full front and full back prints are for event and team shirts. Caps carry the logo on the center front panel, and sleeves, hoods and collar backs are inexpensive second locations for a name or a tagline.

Get a Quote Call 1-866-476-2095How much does custom apparel cost?
Basic items start under $1 and a printed t-shirt typically lands between $5 and $12 each in bulk. Embroidered polos, hoodies and jackets run higher. The price depends on the garment, decoration method, number of colors or stitches and the quantity, so request a quote for an exact figure.
Which apparel items are the most popular for logos?
T-shirts, polo shirts, hooded sweatshirts and baseball caps account for most orders. Quarter-zip pullovers and soft-shell jackets are the usual choice for executive gifts, and safety vests and work shirts for crews.
Do you print on brand-name clothing?
Yes. We decorate Gildan, Hanes, Bella + Canvas, Port Authority, Adidas, Under Armour, Badger, Augusta Sportswear and many more, so you can pick the brand and price point that fits your audience.
Can I mix sizes and styles in one order?
Yes. One order can include adult, women's and youth sizes of the same garment, and matching tees, polos and hats with the same logo. Quantity pricing is based on the total pieces of each style.
How long does a custom apparel order take?
Standard production depends on the garment and decoration and is confirmed with your quote. Many popular tees, polos and caps are available with 24-hour rush production when you have a deadline.
